The Adobe Experience Cloud is growing constantly and Adobe are continuously updating the integrations between the constituent products. Being an Administrator for this product set means knowing where and how each product is controlled and set up and how to ensure that the correct users get the correct access to systems and data.

  • A full understanding of Customer Attributes and what they are used for
  • How to set up Customer Attributes
  • How to upload data to Customer Attributes
  • How to report on / interpret reports using Customer Attributes

TRPDA66 –

  • An detailed understanding of the tasks that are required to administer Adobe Target
  • A complete understanding of implementation tasks including variable set up / mBox configuration / Adobe Experience Cloud integration etc.
  • A complete understanding BAU tasks including User Administration / test release & roll back processes etc.
  • An overview of how the testing process within your business should operate

TMDA51 –

  • A detailed understanding of the tasks that are required to administer Adobe DTM
  • A complete understanding of implementation tasks including environment switching for tags / linking Data Elements to the data layer etc.
  • A complete understanding of BAU tasks including User Administration / software updated for Adobe tools, Rule configuration / 3rd party tag deployment / release & roll back process
  • A detailed outline of the process required for the request / testing and release of tags via the DTM system
